These terms apply to the Vyrfi website and Vyrfi Group Manager applications.
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Vyrfi ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing Vyrfi.com, downloading or using Vyrfi Group Manager, or using another Vyrfi service that links to these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Vyrfi Group Manager provides tools for organizing and managing groups. Features may vary by platform, account, group configuration, location, or release. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.
If you manage a group on behalf of an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and to accept these terms on their behalf where applicable.
You may not use Vyrfi to:
You retain ownership of information and content you lawfully submit. You grant Vyrfi a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We may remove content when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service, or enforce these terms.
Some app functions may ask for device permissions, including optional location permission. You control these permissions through your device settings. Denying a permission may limit a related feature but does not prevent you from revoking or changing your choice later.
Vyrfi may be distributed through Google Play or other third-party platforms and may rely on third-party infrastructure. Separate terms from those providers may apply. Vyrfi is not responsible for services controlled by third parties.
Vyrfi, Vyrfi Group Manager, the site, app software, designs, logos, text, and related materials are owned by Vyrfi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, discontinued service, or a violation of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." Vyrfi disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Vyrfi is a group-management tool. You remain responsible for decisions, communications, obligations, and activities involving your group.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyrfi and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these terms as Vyrfi changes. We will post the updated terms and revise the effective date. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
